What is the fastest way to order?
Email. You may call, but we prefer to get orders by email. We will confirm your order by return email with an invoice attached.
Is there a minimum order?
No, you can order any number of ribbons.
Must I use your order form?
No, you can send an email with your school name, mailing delivery address, phone number and list of ribbons you would like.
How should we pay for the order?
We extend automatic credit to schools and PTA organizations.
We will email an invoice and also send one with your ribbon order.
How quickly can we get ribbons?
Pre-printed ribbons will normally be sent out next business day.
First Class Mail is $5; Priority Mail is $8; Express Mail is $20-$40.
Priority Mail will normally deliver in 2-3 days nationwide.
Express Mail will normally deliver within 1-2 days.
Can we get the ribbons customized with our school or PTA name?
Yes, this will take an additional week or two if we don't already have your name plate. A printing plate is a one-time cost of $20 and takes a week to obtain. The custom printing set-up cost is $10. Once we have a plate for your school your order can be processed within two days.
Can we have our ribbons printed with the new PTA Reflections logo?
Yes, the new logo is available and one $10 set-up fee will cover any custom changes. The fee is waived for orders over $100.
Can we change ribbon colors?
Yes, one $10 set-up fee will cover any custom changes. The fee is waived for orders over $100.
